An earthquake is the sudden, rapid shaking of the earth, caused by the breaking and shifting of underground rock. So far the reports are 0 fatalities, just minor injuries, and minor damage being reported at this time.

We can’t say for sure if there will, or won’t, be anything further (aftershocks)…its not our expertise. We will leave that to the USGS. However, do you know what you should do if there is one that shakes us around here? Do you have your family emergency kit ready? (Water, food, portable chargers, blankets, first aid kit, flashlights, books, etc.)
